At Custom Glow, I take pride in crafting personalized, one-of-a-kind items just for you. Due to the custom nature of these products, I offer the following return policy:

1. *No Returns on Custom Orders:* Since each item is uniquely designed for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

2. *Order Changes/Cancellations:* Once production has started on a custom order, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
